Keep Moving and Relive Pain in Joints
I love to participate in walk/runs and have been involved in many of them in the past couple years. It becomes kind of an addiction to train and try to better yourself--plus the bonus of better health and habits. I have learned to endure a moderate amount of pain in my joints as I train and am OK with that...however, my knees have become a problem. I addressed this issue not by giving up my running but by finding Celadrin on the shelf waiting for me at my local Costco. I started taking it and within a month noticed how much better my knees felt. It has been three months now and my knees are still doing better. Celadrin should be part of any battle against pain in joints.
