Hip Pain Caused By Running

There are many of us who enjoy the peace that comes with running—the pounding of your feet on the pavement, the wind rushing past your face.  What we may not be thinking about is the damage we may be causing to our body or the hip pain we're commonly causing.

Even those who take every precaution are at risk of having a hip injury.  By understanding what is happening with your hip pain after running, you will better understand how to ease the pain and help the healing process.

Hip bursitis is probably the most common injury.  Because of that pounding on the pavement we all enjoy, our hips take quite the beating.  The bursae surrounding the hip joint may become irritated and swollen, causing the joint to take more friction than it should.  Taking an all-natural anti-inflammatory such as Celadrin is the best way to ease the swelling and the pain and help begin the healing process.
